Terms and Conditions of Trading

 

All first orders are strictly pro forma

 

Our terms are full payment with order unless an account has been approved.

 

In order to open an account we will need bank references and two independent trade references. We will also apply for a credit check with Equifax which will be recorded by the relevant company.

 

All cheques will be cleared through Transax before goods will be released or alternatively, goods will be released after 10 banking days.

 

Initial Web Proofs will usually be posted online within two working days.

 

We provide paper proofs and 1 finished draft sample of artwork as a representation of how the finished magnet will look after the online proofs have been approved.

 

Die cut orders will be hand cut for the purposes of proofing.

 

Once signed proofs are received, we will correct as necessary and go straight to print, therefore, we will not be held responsible for any errors subsequently found on finished copy but uncorrected on the proofs.

 

Once proofs have been confirmed the order will be manufactured with 21 working days.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any relevant permission to use copyright artwork.

 

Designs, colours and sizes may vary slightly.

 

Due to the magnetism in the substrate a ±1mm surrounding margin must be allowed.

 

Orders requiring die cutting to a specific shape will be charged at cost, however, we will retain ownership of the form unless it is supplied by the customer.

 

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of finishing.

 

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

 

If your order is urgent, please inform us by e-mail or telephone and we will give a guaranteed delivery date for your order. An extra courier charge may be applied.

 

Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier (Monday - Saturday)

 

A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure that you supply us with a delivery address where a signature can be obtained. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card informing you how to obtain the order from them.

 

An order that is confirmed and then subsequently cancelled will be subject to, but not limited to, a minimum charge of £50.00 for artwork, filing, or other work already carried out. If printing has commenced, then a charge will be made for the percentage already printed - this charge will not be pro rata.

 

We guarantee all our work and in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and explain your concerns so that we can address them.

 

Items made or prepared to your specific requirements cannot be refunded, however, any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at our expense.

 

We will not be accept any responsibility for consequential loss.

 

Telephone calls may be monitored/recorded for the purposed of confirming verbal orders and staff training.
